Day 3: Billings, Montana

Friends,

We left the Yogi Bear campground and moved up the road to Billings, Montana. Not much to report since we spent most of the day driving. Driving so far has been pretty good going. The weather has been great and I've gotten used to driving the car with the trailer.

There have been big forest fires in Idaho so the western region of Montana that we've stayed at for the past couple of days has an ashy haze in the air. Our cars started to get the build up and 5 minutes outside and you can taste it in the mouth.

While riding in the car, Joshua was noticing the trees which are burnt and him and I were having a discussion of how that happens. Around this time we passed some black cows grazing on the side of the road and in a serious tone Joshua said, "Daddy, someone burnt the cows two!" You gotta love it!
